Which SavvyLevel is right for me?

Choosing the right SavvyLevel depends on ensuring a strong Bluetooth connection between the Mobile App and the SavvyLevel unit.

The location of the unit's installation—either internally (inside the RV) or externally—determines which bundle is suitable for your needs.


The SavvyLevel S4 Levelling Solution can be installed internally if:

  1. Your caravan or motorhome has fibreglass or composite cladding (e.g., high-density foam or bonding adhesive).
  2. Your caravan has a front tunnel boot with a plastic door (mount on the roof of the boot, driver’s side, upside down).
  3. Your caravan/motorhome has a front window with a shelf where the unit can be mounted.

If none of these apply, external installation may be required. For these situations, we offer bundles that include the necessary wiring and accessories.

I just bought a SavvyLevel, I'm having some technical issues...

Why am I having trouble connecting my SavvyLevel unit to my mobile app?

If you’re experiencing connection issues, please check the following:

  1. Power Supply: Ensure your SavvyLevel unit is powered by either a 12V caravan/motorhome battery or a fresh 9V battery.
  2. Pairing Process: SavvyLevel must be paired directly through the SavvyLevel Mobile App, not via your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  3. App Compatibility:
  • If purchased from our website, you likely have the latest model (Savvy4). Download:

- SavvyCV4 for Caravans/campers
- SavvyMH4 for Motorhomes

  • If purchased from other outlets, you may have an older version (Savvy3). Download:

- SavvyLevel for Caravans/Campers
- SavvyLevel RV for Motorhomes

Why do I have incorrect levels displayed?

To ensure accurate readings, check the following:

  1. Zero Calibration: During initial setup, did you manually level your RV to your preferred level and then go to the ‘Settings’ section of the Savvy App to select ‘Zero Calibration’? This step saves your level within the unit and is mandatory.
  2. RV Dimensions: Have you entered your RV’s dimensions (wheel-to-wheel and wheel-to-jockey wheel) in the ‘Settings’ of the Savvy App? This ensures precise calculations.

If you’ve completed these steps and still experience issues, refer to the installation guides or contact our support team.

Why are my levels displayed as mirror images?

This happens when the unit is installed upside down but ‘Zero Calibration’ hasn’t been completed.

Performing Zero Calibration in the Savvy App allows the unit to recognize its orientation and correct the display accordingly.
