1. A description of your problem (a picture would be helpful if applicable).
2. Your contact details.
3. Your smart device model (used to access the SavvyLevel) e.g. iphone12 IOS version 17.3.1. (this can be found from settings->about).
4. Internally or externally mounted.
5. SavvyLevel type Savvy4, Savvy3 or earlier.
