I have had my savvylevel3 for several trouble free years, about a week ago it stopped working when I disconnected it from my car. I contacted the support team and they were fantastic trying to resolve my problem.

The problem turned out to be my electrical equipment and not the savvy level but the chap I was dealing with at savvylevel (Eustathios) couldn't have been more helpful, I am very happy with the after sale service of this company even though my unit is several years old.
